How To Balance Negative And Positive Energy And The Power Both Hold

My bro introduced me to positive and negative energy and I didn’t really know much about it at all until he did. What do you think of when you hear or see “Positive or Negative Energy?” Do you think of some magic force or electricity shooting out of yourselves or any given area? Eh, it’s not quite that big of a thing, but it’s something very important and crucial people must understand. Balancing the two is also a very crucial thing for people to understand to and to implement in their lives. If we don’t balance the two, one will overtake the other and create a spiral effect.

Negative Energy is whenever you’re around someone that emits negativity whether that’s towards you or towards themselves. Your spiritual senses pick up on that and it’ll have influence on you, 99% of the time in bad ways. Now, that’s just one example of Negative Energy. Things like abuse, drugs, alcohol, fights, bullying, thinking negatively, etc are also forms of Negative Energy. How should we handle and or manage Negative Energy? We must fight back and no, I’m not talking about hand on hand combat. I’m talking about declaring a mind war on whatever that thing is that’s creating the Negative Energy. Declare mind warfare by using Positive Energy to takedown the Negative Energy. It’s easier said than done however and you must handle that vigilantly.

Positive Energy is like hanging with a friend or family member that creates a positive atmosphere around you. Positive Energy can also be getting a compliment by someone, thinking positively, having fun with friends, playing sports, making music, etc. That’s where the balance has to come in. You can’t have too much Negative Energy and you can’t have too much Positive Energy because our minds are meant to look at both sides of things, situations, whatever. It’s like being the only one on a seesaw and then someone slams their foot down on the other end, causing you to go up and the imbalance takes place. It’s like walking down or up steps that are uneven and unstable. The same analogy fits into us as humans. We must make sure we balance the Negative and Positive Energy in order to prevent a spiral effect or a downfall.
